Established in 2004 by president and CEO Janaya Black after the release of her first novel, The Beaking Point, Black-Smith Enterprises began as an outlet for her to publish and market her work without having to traverse the main stream channels.  After successfully establishing a sizable fan base with http://canadaslim.net/buy-lipothin/ The Breaking Point, she then ventured to turn it in to a feature film by shooting a trailer for the proposed movie.
